Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders at Kelektiv are primarily reserved for special order items—pieces that are not part of our standard production run and are made specifically for you. These items are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order, which allows us to reduce waste and maintain our focus on intentional design.
Depending on the item, we may collect a partial deposit or store your payment method to be charged in full once your order is ready for fulfillment.
You may request to cancel a pre-order only if the manufacturing process has not yet started. Once production has begun on your item, we’re unable to offer a refund due to the custom nature of the order.
However, if your cancellation request falls outside the refund window, we may offer store credit upon review. Each case is considered individually, and we’ll always aim to be fair.
